The seminar brought together scientists from the Vietskill project, central and local agencies, universities, colleges and vocational training institutions and electronic enterprises in industrial zones in Bac Ninh province. This is an opportunity for participants to exchange and discuss issues of human resource, especially professional skills, which are being concerned by international and domestic scientific communities and businesses operating in the electronics sector, especially for Bac Ninh province - the center of the country's leading electronic enterprises.

Through the seminar, the researchers of the VIETSKILL project will disseminate the research results of the project and exchange experiences in training labors for the Vietnamese electronics industry. The seminar will focus on the following main topics:

• Determine the role and position; analyze and clarify the advantages and disadvantages of the current Vietnamese electronics industry and the trend of development in the coming period.

• Analyze and assess the current situation of labors' skills in meeting the current and future needs of Vietnam's electronics industry.

• Propose and recommend policies and solutions to develop labors' skills to meet the development needs of Vietnam's electronics industry

The seminar will help employees grasp the trends and necessary skills in the field of electronics, thereby, develop sustainably in the global chain of electronic businesses.
