The project team includes Prof. Ari Kokko, Dr. Nguyen Tien Thong (Copenhagen Business School, Denmark), Dr. Tran Toan Thang (Vietnam Ministry of Planning and Investment), scientists from Vietnamese universities (Nha Trang University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University). The project members shared the results of their research on human resource needs, training programs and models, the cooperation possibilities between training institutions and enterprises, etc. plans and training programs to improve the quality of Vietnam's human resources to serve economic development and attract investment. Professor Ari Kokko and Dr. Tran Toan Thang shared lessons related to development strategies and attracting foreign investment.

Attending the seminar with the project implementation team was Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of Departments and agencies of Thua Thien Hue province. The seminar allowed delegates to discuss the development issues, difficulties, and challenges of Thua Thien Hue province in its development strategies and foreign investment attraction policies. At the end of the seminar, the Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the ideas and recommendations of the experts at the workshop as these will help orient education programs, human resources training and investment policies of the province in the coming time.
